Prior to starting Black Bee, Wayne served as a college dean and professor, before moving into the for-profit sector with a plan to help small business get the maximum value from the asset they have created.

- Mike specializes in capturing the message of unique brands through captivating design and photography. When a brand is only as strong as the message that it sends, creative collateral is as important as your high-quality products are. Mike takes the marketing plans developed by Black Bee and implements them into seamlessly integrated channels: your online presence, mail-order catalog, and brand messaging materials. Before working with Black Bee Mike served as Marketing Manager for 128 year old international retailer Duluth Pack.

- Matt has been working in marketing and technology development for over 20 years. His efforts as the VP of Marketing for one of the top online fruit gift providers led to triple-digit growth for three successive years and a Top 10 Fastest Growing Companies in Oregon award. Matt previously served as Creative Director at one of the Top 50 Interactive Agencies in America. He has developed and managed projects for clients such as Sony, Tonka, Callaway Golf, Mitsubishi and Kyocera, and his work has been recognized by Internet Retailer, Adobe and the Portland Business Alliance.
